Project Announcement – Conversion of the Old Rectory, Metal Street

AGA Heritage Conservation is preparing to begin a major restoration and conversion project at the Old Rectory on Metal Street, starting in January 2026. This historic building will be transformed into a four-bedroom dwelling and art gallery through comprehensive conservation works, including roofing repairs, stone restoration, leaded glass refurbishment, a new extension, French drains, and a full internal fit-out.
