AGA Heritage Conservation Ltd is pleased to announce the commencement of a new conservation project at the historic Newport Cathedral, beginning in September 2025.

This specialised project will involve the careful lifting of existing stone ledgers, allowing for the formation of new concrete bases to accommodate the installation of iron railings. Once this work is complete, the original ledgers will be meticulously relaid, preserving the integrity and heritage of the cathedral grounds.

As always, AGA will apply a sensitive, conservation-led approach, combining traditional craftsmanship with modern techniques to ensure the long-term preservation of this significant ecclesiastical site.
