The collection of our site container marks the completion of AGA Heritage Conservation’s package of works to restore the external envelope of this historic building on behalf of Acorn Property Group.
Restoring the Building’s First Line of Defence
The external envelope is one of the most important elements of any historic building. It protects the structure from the weather while preserving the architectural character that makes heritage buildings so special.
Our works included the installation of a new natural slate roof together with extensive conservation and repair of the historic stone façade. Every repair was carried out using traditional materials and conservation techniques, ensuring the building retains its original character while being protected for many years to come.
Traditional Craftsmanship

From carefully replacing damaged stonework to installing the new slate roof, every element of the project has been completed with quality, durability and conservation best practice at the forefront.
Our aim is always to repair rather than replace wherever possible, preserving as much of the original historic fabric as we can.
