Meet The Founder
As a director of a construction company for over 15 years, Angelo has completed many large scale renovation projects.
In 2016 Angelo’s passion for historic and traditional buildings, led him to explore the heritage sector further and enrol on a demanding Bachelors degree to study conservation techniques and ethical decision making. In 2019 Angelo enhanced his technical knowledge whilst studying at the conservation laboratories in Cardiff University, conserving museum objects.
AGA Heritage Conservation is a specialist team that was founded in 2020. AGA combines traditional heritage skills and techniques with a scientific approach, undertaking challenging conservation and restoration projects.
Services
AGA Heritage Conservation specialises in conserving and restoring buildings, artefacts, structures, monuments and areas that are of historic, aesthetic, architectural or cultural significance.
At the heart of the company lies a wide range of heritage skills such as brick, stone, timber, lime plaster and iron repairs. Façade cleaning, lime pointing, heritage slate and stone roofing with leadwork and lime torching.
We pride ourselves on jaw-dropping results, meaning nothing gives us greater pleasure than being in control of the time-consuming details and finishing touches.
As versatile and trained conservators, we also offer specialist conservation treatments to monuments and artifacts such as laser cleaning which is extremely effective on a wide range of materials, including marble, limestone, sandstone, plaster, terracotta, ivory, wood and bronze.
One of the many attractions of working with AGA Heritage Conservation, other than a professional and excellent service is that we can manage large projects in house as the principal contractor or work on specific details as a sub-contractor.
